4 Ways to get some ZZZZZ

You know those nights when you just can't get to sleep? Whether it's the temperature or if you're feeling a little bit stressed, getting to sleep can sometimes be a struggle. But luckily, there are many simple things you can do to help you get that all important beauty sleep.




Drink up!





Chamomile tea is your best friend when it comes to a good night's sleep. A mug before lights out can make a massive difference to your sleep quality.


IT'S TIME TO WIND DOWN






Reading before bed is the perfect remedy for a good night's sleep. Even if you can only fit in half an hour a day, I promise it will help you get your much needed sleep.


Writing too is also a great way to calm down. Writing a diary can really help to gather your thoughts and take the stress away. Another positive to a diary is that it helps to get things off your chest without having the stress of confiding in someone.







SWITCHING OFF



The backlight from phones and the busyness of social media can often make it hard to switch off, so I suggest turning off your phone at least one hour before trying to get some sleep!
